REBREATHER SYSTEM LIBERTY REDUNDANCY
The Liberty CCR is designed as a complete fault-tolerant closed-circuit rebreather. No single malfunction in the electronic system could cause a breakdown of the whole apparatus.
4 oxygen sensors
2 for each CU located in a sealed block. Smart algorithm. Unit compares one cell with other 3 cells, then performs this test on each cell. This process is constantly repeated throughout the dive.
2 helium sensors patented technology
Technology used in our Analyzers. A redundant method of measuring PPO2 when used with Helium mixes. In case of unlike loss of all O2 sensors the Helium sensors can be used to calculate your PPO2.

CCR Liberty features a system of six sensors (4 oxygen and 2 helium)
2 independent computers
The two separate, independently functioning control units in the head of the rebreather.
2 solenoid valves
Inside the head there are two solenoid valves, guided electronically by a separate control unit.
