Open-circuit technical diving is usually most peoples first step into the deeper and longer dive times that then give access to some cool dive sites, wrecks, reefs and more.

For many it is the gateway to twin cylinder diving (back or sidemount) and the starting point for using gases other than air for both going deeper and longer, as well as optimising the ascent/decompression profile.

At SWT we are experienced as divers and instructors in all levels of Open  circuit technical, including hypoxic trimix and more. Critically we can also help and advise on when CCR (Closed Circuit Rebreathers) should be an option. There are a huge number of factors from the type of dive to be done, the environment and critically the person who will be diving’s outlook and philosophy.
